The Spinning Girl
OK, check out this image.
Is she spinning clockwise, counter-clockwise, or both? Answers below the jump.
I see her as only spinning clockwise. The hubby sees here spinning in either direction; it changes if something causes the screen to change. I also found that if I look at the shadow rather than the girl, I see her spinning only counter-clockwise. Weird. For more info, check out this post at Neuroligca Blog. Enjoy!

the question is why is she spinning, and how can she maintain her balance in that position?
LOL! Well the girl is spinning because she loves to spin! Or because she's caught in a tornado. Or because she was drawn that way. Or something like that.
It's a cool optical illusion, and way more fun than the old woman/young woman or face silhouette/goblet ones.
